Q:How about the warranty?

A:If quality problem, six month free replacement for the key parts(Punch, Cylinder and Die).  After three month we can help with simple maintenance .  If need the replace part will have fee charging and extra shipping cost..
 

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample,  for sample order should pay sample cost and shipping fee as normal, no extra charge.
